The Mercer

The Mercer, a mid-rise, urban development located at Tropicana and Grand Canyon just south of the Summerlin area, features 113 designer loft style residences with high ceilings, full-length windows and open living areas flooded with natural light complimented by city and hillside views. Residents enjoy access to semi-private elevators and a central courtyard with a pool, a clubhouse, a fitness center and green space.

JDL Development broke ground for The Mercer in September of 2007. At that time the Mercer was already more than 50% sold out with move-ins expected summer of 2008. Other condominium projects in the Las Vegas valley have been delayed due to financial constraints, but The Mercer project has been fully financed.

"Our price points, design and location have allowed The Mercer to continue selling," said Jim Letchinger, president, JDL Development. "We are excited to break ground and bring our new residents one step closer to living in their new homes."

The Mercer offers one, two and three-bedroom residences, ranging in size from 800 square feet, to a three-bedroom duplex at 2370 square feet. Units still available begin at $315,000 and continue up to $790,000.
