Construction on the the Cosmopolitan Resort
Hotel and Casino is still continuing,
but Deutsche Bank has now acquired the project from the
original developer, Bruce Eichner, and sales have been
temporarily put on hold. There are several class action
lawsuits in progress as the anticipated opening has been
delayed by a couple of years. The project is now due to
be completed in mid to late 2010, at which time Deutsche
Bank will announce the Cosmopolitan's future direction. For
