C2 lofts will offer eight floor designer floor plans ranging in size from 1,400 to 2,800 square feet, and prices start from the $600,000s to the $900,000s. The interiors of the loft residences feature exposed ductwork, expansive windows, and ceiling heights that range from 10 to 12 feet in the single-story units and 20 feet in two-story units.
